The architectural project, Getúlio Vargas Prime Offices, with around 208 rooms, stands out for its contemporary design and natural symmetry. Situated in Porto Alegre, this office building is equipped with Vicaima Portaro ® (ready door solution) in shades of oak, which perfectly combine with the soft colors of the development.

Vicaima brand was selected to equip the Ibirapuera Park One, a high standard project, by Odebrecht Real Estate Developments (OR) situated in São Paulo.
The high functional and aesthetic quality of the dormitories of the Ibirapuera Park One development is guaranteed by the installation of the Portaro® (ready to hang door solution) with acoustic insulation, which provides tranquillity and comfort to the environments. For the entrance, the option chosen was the Portaro® Pivotal, doors of greater height whose hidden accessories reflect the authenticity of the lines and convey the space a differentiated aesthetic. Altos do Estaleiro, is a development result of the partnership between Clave Incorporações and PHD, who is also focused on high quality products in the southern area of Porto Alegre in Brazil.

The Confraria 242 projectby Saute Promoções Imobiliárias, located in downtown Porto Alegre, was equipped with the VicaimaPortaro ®, a ready door solution.
The exquisite interior architecture integrated flush internal doors in oak shades, and entrance doors with a more elaborate design, also in tones shades of oak and with 4 horizontal aluminum inlays.
The Confraria 242 project, carried out by Saute and MGus, recognized for the quality of their projects in real estate, integrates a complete infrastructure which includes swimming pool, fitness center, among other leisure areas.

Hotel Montaigne

Situated in the centre of Cannes, the four star Montaigne Hotel & Spa has chosen Vicaima Portaro ® doors for the refurbishment of their hotel which comprises 96 bedrooms, reception rooms, spa, restaurant and offices The hotel chose Portaro ® Connect for its entrance doors. These integrate door and frame with a computerized fire control system, that can be accessed online. Customized with different veneers, doors from Vicaima’s Exclusive 5 collection have been used with aluminum inlays and CPL in Wenge finish, which provide a perfect visual balance. In shades of Oak Portaro ® Connect also forms part of the entrance to the Spa and plant room areas, which require high levels of security and control.
The Montaigne Hotel & Spa has Portaro ® connecting doors between rooms with FD30 fire resistance and soundproofing up to 32 decibels, all with veneered finishes of natural maple. Bathrooms doors slide to optimize use of available space.
Fire protection is provided in various zones of the building with FD30 Portaro ®, which has been used for emergency exits, hallways and restaurants, in single doors or pairs, with or without glazing.
